For businesses looking to expand their operations and print their own trading or showroom plates, we offer a simple process to guarantee you quality plates every time.
- Step 1: Register Your Business
Unless you are exempt or already registered, you will need to register your business with the DVLA. Once done, simply get in touch with us to discuss your requirements.
- Step 2: Open a Trade Account with Uniplate:
After discussing your number plate requirements, we will help you set up a trading account with us, detailing all your invoices, products and more.
- Step 3: Purchase Your Products
With your trading account open, you’ll be able to purchase number plate manufacturing bundle , various key components and other solutions if you don’t already have them in place. For help setting up your printers and software setup guide, contact our support team.
We are also available via phone and email for you to order made up plates on a large scale that can be delivered straight to your business address or customers’ location.
Direct Customers
If you’re a direct customer looking for new plates, whether it’s an aluminium number plate or a 4D plate, the process is simple too.
- Step 1: Call or Visit Our Office
Call or visit our sales office in Tamworth to discuss what you require.
- Step 2: Provide Correct Documentation
bring with you the correct documentation necessary to complete the purchase – V5C for proof of ownership and one form of ID (driving licence/passport).
- Step 3: We create your number plates while you wait onsite
Many direct customers come straight to our office, with many being pleasantly surprised at the speed we produce high-quality plates. Don’t believe us?

Availability
Our team is available every Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and 8:30 am to 3:30 on a Friday to answer any of your questions, produce your plates and help you overcome any technical difficulties you may be experiencing.
We can provide support in a number of ways that also include remote access or onsite support when applicable.
